- When quality is the issue:
- digital files should be used rather than scanning from hardcopy
- smooth stock should be used rather than linen stock
- use coated cover stock rather than uncoated cover stock
- If you wish to write on the printed piece, use uncoated rather than coated stock.
- When creating screens for black & white files make them
5% darker than you would for a commercial press job.
