Tips for Mailing
- You need 1,000 or more names in your database to qualify for 3rd class mail.
- The average cost for each piece of 3rd class mail is 48 cents for up to 50 gms in weight. First class mail is 57 cents for up to 30 gms and $1.00 for up to 50 gms.
For example
- 1,000 pieces @ 48¢ = $480
- 1,000 pieces @ 57¢ = $570
- Savings of $90 in postage.
- Allow Canada-Post 7-14 working days to deliver 3rd class mail and 2-4 working days for first class.
- If you are creating artwork for mailing, be sure to ask what the restrictions are and what is allowed. We could save you time and money.
- When sending us your data, please send a Text (.txt), dBase (.dbf) or Excel (.xls) file.
